Size exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size. Please note that the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

**Damaged Product**: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item, provided you follow the procedure outlined below:

To initiate an exchange for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

1. **Record an Opening Video**: Upon receiving your package, carefully record a video while unboxing it. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the damaged item, and any visible damage to the packaging.

2. **Contact Customer Support**: Send an email to Email-wayaheadind@gmail.com within  2 days of receiving the damaged product. Include the following information in your email:

– Your order number.
– A brief description of the damage.
– Attach the opening video as evidence.

3. **Wait for Instructions**: Our customer support team will review your request and respond with further instructions within 24-48 working hours.

4. **Return the Item**: If instructed, return the damaged item to us in its original packaging within 4 days from the date of our response. You will be provided with a return shipping label.

5. **Exchange**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund.

3. Refunds

We issue refunds only in cases where a replacement item is unavailable or if you choose not to proceed with an exchange for a damaged product. Refunds will be processed to the website wallet.
